Before discovering PORTA Production Method, I faced up to long tooling times and cycle times, which did not allow an immediate production change.
The aim was to machine as many parts as possible by increasing the stock in the warehouse (and therefore costs!).
PORTA Production Method allowed me to achieve lots of advantages: greater precision, reduction of tooling times, reduction of cycle times, flexibility in item change and smaller lot sizes, satisfying all customers‘ requests.
